Hi I’ve got the same problem I’ve seen others on here have. My charge2 screen has suddenly gone completely blank. Green lights working at back. Ive tried recharging - it’s charging but get nothing on the screen when I plug it into the charger. Can’t get it to restart when I press and hold the button for 10-12 secs, the screen remains blank. Still synchs with the Fitbit app and is reading my steps, sleep etc. What can I do please?! Thanks
