My Fitbit Charge2 recently stopped showing display on the watchface, but it's still syncing and working properly with the app. Problem is that I can't tell what's going on otherwise. This happened recently after the latest update. Please fix!

Followed all these instructions MULTIPLE times to no avail, before you contacted me! My watch screen came back for several hours, but not immediately after restarting. Other than not being able to see my watch face, and no heartrate for 2 days now, everything is working perfectly! I am very disappointed in this latest update. Please review your coding and implement a solution to this problem which is affecting more than just myself!
There is also an issue with the battery life, after unplugging the Fitbit Charge2 from the charger, it's down to 80% within an hour, then it stays constant at 80%. Other than telling people that they must restart the device to fix it, should there not be another update that fixes the actual problem?!?!?!

Still the same, working, except for no screen, no heartrate, won't charge properly and only basic sleep cycles.
Samsung Galaxy s8 plus
Followed all recommendations, still the same.
