I’ve been in love with my Charge 2 since taking it out of the box. I even bought a beautiful stainless steel band so it looks amazing with my work clothes. Two days ago, as I went to charge it I realized there’s a long crack across the face. I don’t recall bumping it or anything hard coming into contact with it.
That was sad enough, but now it’s not syncing with my new iPhone XR either. The only solutions I am finding are not solutions at all. Can anyone help me?
