How can I get the screen replaced on the Charge 2? I have only had this a month and the crack is down the whole face. I can still read it but I am worried about it getting wet. Any suggestions? Thanks Kim13614

Hey @Kim13614, it is great to see new faces around! Oh! I'm sorry to hear about what happened to the screen of your Charge 2. But don't you worry, I have escalated your case to our Support team so they can further assist you. So please keep an eye on your inbox.

By the way, I moved your post to the correct board, which is Charge 2.

Thanks for your help @NellyG!

Let me know how it goes!

Hi. I have same problem. How can I get the screen replaced on the Charge 2?

I am sad, because I like to use my Fitbit every day.

My Fitbit was actually a replacement for someone who cracked their own, so what you need to do to get the replacement is you have to call the Fitbit people and they’ll tell you to return it to them. You do this by mail. THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVE A PROTECTION PLAN RIGHT NOW. Remember that.

I had two issues. Once speaking to a rep, they provided an incentive to
purchase a new item concerning my cracked screen..

IN TERMS OF TROUBLESHOOTING THE RAPID BATTERY LOSS, I was offered the
opportunity to share when, my battery was depleted so they can research the
functionality of my current system, for which I plan to do this evening.

Do an online chat.  If your Fitbit is under one year it is under warranty and they will replace it.

Good luck!
