I had my original Charge 2, which developed a crack down the screen, replaced under warranty. Now this one has the same issue. My wife’s Alta HR was also replaced for the same reason and her replacement is also cracked. If I paid over £100 for a wristwatch I would be devastated if the screen suddenly developed a crack. Why is the material quality/design so poor on these expensive devices? I question their fitness for purpose.
