Charge 2 screen dimming to death

My Charge 2 screen began dimming the last couple days, and is nearly impossible to see now.  Battery is showing a full charge.  We've tried trouble-shooting and restarting the fitbit a few times, but with no success.  Funny enough, we bought it exactly 1 year ago (tomorrow).  So I don't know if we can still get a replacement, or how we go about that even??

This happened to me a few months ago with a replacement device. My original device battery went at 10 months old, so they sent me a replacement, which after less than 6 months the screen gradually went dim so nothing could be seen. I got a replacement for that too and now this one has just started going dim and not displaying correctly as you go through the different screens. 

I contacted them via email through the website both times and eventually got a reply offering a replacement or money off a new device. Have just emailed them again now about this device and also attached a photo.

Thanks for your input.  Glad it's not just us, but bummer that it's happened so many times to you!  We did call in, and they offered a replacement face, or a discount on a new device.

It's a pain that I've had so many problems in less than 2 years. Will hopefully get a replacement soon.
