Hi, my fitbit charge 2 screen is very faded. I can barely see the screen any more. I have tried restarting it several times and it has full battery but still no success. Can anyone help me out. Thanks.

@Mamatraff thank you for your reply. Really happy to hear that Support was not only trying to troubleshoot the issue but also replacing it to get you back on track. Once you get your new device you will be able to pick up all those steps so you can achieve your fitness goals.
I'll be around.

If that's the best that can be done, then I'm done with FitBit, and I will be happy to encourage others to buy products from other places that can last longer than a year.

My fitbit charge 2 just started this and within a few days it's almost unreadable. I purchased 2 years ago, so I'm out of warranty, but clearly fitbit doesn't care that it made a lousy product. Lots of complaints about this issue. For the price it should last much longer than 2 years!

I just posted on their Facebook page. We need to flood social media with complaints. Only thing they care about is sales, so if we can hurt that this shopping season maybe they will pay attention.
