Charge 2 screen flickers then stays blank

Hi all,

 

When I charge my Fitbit a couple of lines flicker on the screen for a few seconds and then it is blank.  The same thing happens when I take it off charge.  

It is isn’t updating on the app either. 

 

Any suggestions?
