Hi I have my Fitbit charge 2 approx 22 months - have never had any complaints,I wear it most days. However the screen is now frozen. It’s froze on 1.52AM 14th January. I tried charging it, resyncing it to my phone,Bluetooth on/off. I also tried taken off the straps and cleaning it. Tried resetting it when charging however it didn’t turn off. Any other suggestions?? On my app it is updating as in yesterday is synced 8000 steps but the screen still was 0 and yesterday’s time. Thanks for your help

@linda-doherty try giving it a couple reboots to do this pop it on the charger and press and hold the left button in until you see the Fitbit embelm appear. If this does it help, then I would suggest contacting Customer Support so they can assist you further.
