It started a couple of weeks with lines through the top portion of the screen, than a few days ago the right side of the screen started fading away and now the lighting is so dim it can't be seen when outside. It's a year and a half old so out of warranty. I have tried restarting it multiple times and it hasn't made any difference.

@Crazedmomof3 Welcome! It's great to see you around. Sorry to hear about your damaged Charge 2 screen. The restart is the suggested troubleshoot for this issue. If this doesn't work then the best thing to do is letting our Support team know about it as they will review the issue and provide options. You will get an email from them.
