Charge 2 screen is black but I have tried long reboot

Hi

The screen on my charge 2 has been deteriorating for about 6 weeks - it developed black lines so clock face was no longer readable

Then this weekend the watch screen disappeared ... I have tried the long reboot a number of times but it hasnt worked.

the actual tracker still works but I can only read it on my ipad once Im home

do you have any suggestions
