Charge 2 screen is black got green lights but no vibration

My fitbit charge 2 screen is black. Won't vibrate and won't sync to my phone however the sensor light is blinking green. I tired reseting it by attaching it to the charger and pressing and holding the button for 4 seconds but nothing happened. I've only had this watch for maybe a year or two. I'm starting to believe that it's died on me but I'm hoping someone can help me

Same issue after a few months,had a replacement sent out under warranty so yes it’s probably dead.
