This also happened to me a couple of hours ago.  It is still syncing to my app on my phone though.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Lcalderon and @SV010608. I'm  sorry to hear your Charge 2 is not turning on and thank you for letting us know what your device is still doing.

I'd recommend restarting your Charge 2 in order to make it turn on again:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Thanks Andrea. I did try this yesterday but unfortunately it didn’t work. It vibrates, but the screen stays black.

It’s now not synching at all either.  I think it’s gone to God.

My Charge 2 suddenly became totally unresponsive on Wed mid morning, battery was in about 65%.     I don’t get vibrations when plugged in to the charger and it just seems completely ’dead’.   I have tried the recommended restarts, but nothing happens.     Any help would be appreciated 😀

It's synching again, but still no display on the tracker.
