My Charge 2 screen stopped working yesterday. I know its on because of the flashing green light underneath the unit. However pressing the button on the side to turn the screen on does not work. If I hold it down for a couple of seconds I feel it vibrate. As if it toggled on the option it currently was on. I have tried the restart steps in the official documentation. No Joy. I cannot tell if it does charge successfully though as the battery icon does not display even when connected to a power supply. The screen is just blank at all times.
