I can't see the display on my Charge 2 outside.  Any suggestions?

@FitElizabeth   Fitbit's monochrome trackers have always had trouble in sunlight.  But I'm guessing this is a new issue for your Charge 2.  The Charge 2 was released in 2016 and discontinued in 2018.  I think your screen might be getting to its end of life.  Sorry.

 

I'm also moving your post to the Other Charge Tracker forum, a better fit for your issue.

Same thing happened to me on my Charge 4.  I scrolled on my watch and somehow my watch was put into sleep mode and I had to pick on it to get it to wake up.  Suddenly, it brightened up on the watch face.  I was relieved because I didn't want to have to buy a new watch right now.
