I have the charge 2 for quite some time (2 years). Very happy with the product, sharing how good it is with friends and anyone interested.
since today the fitbit is showing nothing but a black screen.
The fitbit is still working (as I can see the steps or heart beat changing) in the app. Battery fulled charged.
What is wrong?
I purchased on-line in webshop fitbit...
I hope the screen is not broken or so (I recently purchased a quite expensive new leather band);

My charge 2 and my husband’s did this on the very same day. Could it be a planned obsolescence thing by Fitbit?

Mine went black too, even from the app the clock face is empty, I contact the service they just sent me back to this website..

My screen went black too! I’m guessing it is a planned phase out of the product. It is too coincidental that all these trackers went out with a black screen at the same time. Shame on Fitbit for not having a fix for this! I was very happy with the product up until this incident. If this is how they treat their customers I’m not sure I will continue with a replacement purchase from them.
