Hi My Fitbit Charge 2 has been working flawless for about 1,5 years but the screen doesnt activate when I move my wrist anymore.
The screen is fine when I tap it or use the button.
Any settings I can check?
I have already tried to reboot the Charge but no luck.

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please make sure the Quick View options is enable on your tracker by checking the tracker settings on the Fitbit app.

Hi, the Quick View option was not there in the settings.
So In removed the device from my account and paired it again.
The Quick View Toggle was now visible again.
Now the strange thing: when I toggled the Quick View option to Off, it disappeared again so couldn't turn it back on.
Maybe this is a bug in the software?

I have heard of this and know that the team is looking in to it. Could you let me know if you could leave the option enabled on your tracker? As long as it is working fine then we can ignore this (for the time being).
