Charge 2 screen not working or not charging

I consistently used my charge two and had no problems with it at all, and then didn’t wear it for 1 month and now when i try to charge it the screen either flashes a static or doesn’t turn on at all. I received it as a gift and i’ve looked through other subjects and tried cleaning the connectors and left it charge and nothing will make it work.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.
