Charge 2 screen not working straight out of package

I opened this Fitbit charge2 today. Straight out of the box. Charged it up say the logo then saw that battery is full. Removed the charger and the screen doesn’t work. Tried restarting with a 4 sec hold and the. A 10 second hold. Tried forgetting device and resumed with the app. No change. What can I do with this?

Did you try setting up your device? Follow the instructions of help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? When did you buy your tracker?
