Charge 2 screen showing battery at half full

I put my charge 2 on the charger yesterday, and when I removed it from the charger it is now only showing the battery at half full with a little dot in the upper left-hand corner. Charge 2 is still recording my steps and sleep function, but I am not able to use it for a watch as I rely on it for. 

I have put it back on the charger and have attempted to reset it and that is not working. What happened to my charge 2 fit bit? It was fine yesterday before I put it on the charger.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persist after the restart I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
