I have a blank screen apart from a single white horizontal line across. It’s still counting my steps and heart rate, but no display

Let me help you with your display not working. It is suggested that you restart your tracker for any display issue. Still I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

My Fitbit in syncing and working but the screen is blank and when I push the button, white vertical lines flash up on the screen. I have tried to reset but it does nothing after I’ve held the button for 4 Seconds. Please help. Lisa

I had this same problem for two days and now the screen is all black but still syncs.

No the screen went blank and customer support could not reset it. I was send a discount link to replace the unit.
