Charge 2 screen stays black

Help: the screen stays back. Only lightens when turning fitbit on giving code 22.58.00. What does the code mean and how to solve my problem; Anyone who can help me out?

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue with your device. It seems that your tracker is showing its firmware version. I recommend to make sure your tracker is charged and restart it by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

 

After that pair the tracker to your Fitbit account: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
