My Fitbit Charge 2 screen is blank. I had this problem about a year ago and was able to reset it and things were fine (I had to reset it every day for 2 weeks, but it eventually stopped going blank). Now it’s happening again. This time, I reset it and it’s on for about 5 minutes and then goes blank again. Sometimes I can reset it and it works, other times it won’t. I’ve had this problem for about a month. I reset it each morning, display lasts for a few minutes, then blank for the rest of the day. It’s not snapping out of it this time!
