I've had my HR2 for just over 18 months (and LOVE it!) however, the other day the screen display turned backwards for 3 days then went blank. It's still tracking steps, stairs, heart rate through the app on my phone but I can't see the display.
I've tried plugging it into my laptop and resetting it 4 times with no luck. Please let me know my next steps.

Exactly the same thing happened to mine.
Backwards for a bit, reset it and kinda fixed for a couple of hours then went blank.
Watch still charging but no longer functions as a watch...
Nice to know I'm not the only one.
Will be following this thread though.
Before suggestions come in, I've tried resetting it to no avail, blank screen is staying blank.

Got an email today saying Fitbit have shipped replacement watch.
The whole process was extremely easy and was offered a choice of replacement or 50% off new Fitbit.
Will update when it arrives but so far so good!

Same thing happened to me today. My screen on my Charge 2 went blank, but when I reset the device following the instructions the screen came back up but reversed, followed by a string of faint dashes, followed subsequently by a completely blank and unresponsive screen/device. I have tried to reset it several times, and the App says that there is an update, but nothing works. It is still logging steps, but it has ceased to work as a watch/fitness tracker unless I use the App on my phone or on my laptop.
Any more suggestions?

Mine has been blank for a few weeks now. Started with white lines the running the entire length of the screen then it turned around backwards. That was useable but difficult but now that its blank it's not really worth using as much more that a pedometer. I would like to figure a way to get all the functions back that I come to love. I have tried restarting the device several times which worked when the screen was pixelated or backwards but does nothing now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
