Yesterday my charge 2 screen went black and green light underneath is off. Battery had 35% and still showing 35% on app. Tried charging it for few hours anyway and didn’t help. Also tried holding in button for over 10 seconds. Can someone please tell me why this happened and what I should do now.

Hi @AndyM55, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Charge 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, I'd like to know if you restarted your Charge 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker and see if the screen works properly.

Thanks for reply. Tried the plugging in and holding button and didn’t work. Don’t think there’s any other fixes for charge 2 as I can’t restart through the app. Had it for 3 and half years, is it just done now do you think?

I am also having similar problems. The screen is blank and doesn’t work. It suddenly started behaving this way without any warning. What could be the issue? Battery?
