Hi guys, my charge 2, loyal companion for more than 200.000 steps has died, there are only lines running on the screen for a quick second and then just a dark screen. I’ve tried everything, follow every step i’ve read in related topics, charged to maximum, wait until battery dies, reset etc etc nothing.

i dont know what else to do. My kids want me to get an Apple watch but I dont want that. Any advise? Thank you!

Hi Juanjo thank you for all your help, i call the number you gave me and Fitbit looked into my case. Unfortunately my Fitbit’s warranty expired many many steps ago but they send me a generous discount code towards the purchase of a new one.
Thank you so much !
