Charge 2 screen won't turn on

I have a Charge 2, and the screen just doesn't work.

I've tried restarting it, but the bootup screen doesn't even show.

I don't know what to do or if it's just broken (which I really hope it's not as this and my laptop are my only pieces of technology).

@lucapratt It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen and thank you for restarting your device. Is your device charging? Have you tried syncing it even though the screen isn't working? I suggest we discard a battery issue by cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

Let me know how it goes.

That's not the problem. My fitbit still vibrates, and gives and receives calls and notifications. The screen is the only thing not working.
