Charge 2 seems to have lost Bluetooth connection

My charge 2 hr has lost its Bluetooth connection neither of my devices can find it.

Hey @Paulcharge2, welcome aboard! So in other words you haven't synced your Charge 2, right? Let me suggest you something, please restart your Charge 2 by following the instructions in this post. You can also try to reboot the Bluetooth on the devices that you are using to sync.

I am having the same issue.  Restarting the Charge 2 doesn't help.  Moving the dongle to a different slot doesn't help either.  Any other ideas?

I have rebooted both my phone and my computer and that didn't help either.

Hey @walkingwahine, welcome aboard! Thanks for taking the time to try to fix this issue. Beside that, I'd like you to try something else, could you please try to sync your Charge 2 while it is plugged into the charging cable? Try to sync with your computer or your phone and let me know if it is syncing. 😉

I’m having same issue. My Charge 2 hasn’t synced since last Tuesday. I’ve tried everything suggested here.

I’m having same issue. My Charge 2 hasn’t synced since last Tuesday. I’ve tried everything suggested here. Yesterday I removed it from my iPhone and tried to set it up again, but just keeps ‘looking’ for it.

Thank you for getting back to me.  I tried syncing to both iPhone and computer while plugged in and charging.  No go.

Mine has done the same thing. Have tried several devices and none are able to find my Charge 2. So far the troubleshooting suggestions have not worked either

I am seeing the same.

I need to restart FitBit (press power button while charging) and reconnect it every morning.

 

I am not seeing a clear explanation from FitBit on this issues plus no indication on the phone or tracker what is going on here.
