Charge 2 short battery life

Well, it seems my Charge 2 HR is doing the same as many others. I took it off charge 2 1/2 days ago reading 100% charged, several hours later it was still reading 100% charge, I was suspicious about it's longevity as multiple times I went to check my sleep logs and it was dead in less time than I thought it should be. Until about a month ago I was easily getting 5 days from it, then suddenly, 2 1/2 days max. last night it emailed me to say charge level low and was flashing low charge on the device. I've rebooted it and everything it connects to, tried a different power source, cleaned the contacts on the charger AND the device.

I also just started having the same problem.  It started about a month ago when battery life fell off a cliff.  I used to charge it weekly and now every day or two.

I have followed the troubleshooting tips.  How do I start a ticket with technical support?

Ok, I took it off charge at 2am, 3 hours later it's telling me low battery, I checked it was syncing at 2am and it showed a full charge both on the fitbit and via the app.

After talking to support it is confirmed my battery is toast, and I shall shortly be the proud owner of a Fitbit Ionic replacing my Charge 2 HR. Thanks for the assist.
