I am having the someproblems with the charge 2 I couldn’t afford the 3. I didn’t have it very long and it did that and the face is completely gone like it’s not charged and off but it is on. I have charged it, held the button down for 15 seconds, let the battery drain and charge it. Nothing works. Course this happened during covid and I can’t afford basics food roof over my head and more. And I need this medically for my dr and HR most often. I really need an Apple Watch but Fitbit will do or a newer version. But at least this shows heart rate and sleep which helps drs and me. I have an ok Fitbit Alta but it does not have HR which I need most. I don’t know what to do it its been a month of this. Can anyone help?
