I have been observing this for a while now. And it happened again today. Even when I'm not wearing my fitbit and it's just lying on the table all day long, my heartrate active minutes and calories burnt shoot up at anany time of the day. For instance, today I did not my wear fitbit during sleep and after waking up and it shows I have had 75 active minutes with my heart rate going as high as 173 bpm at 12:35 pm (IST) even when I was not wearing it. It is 7:03 pm rn and it shows that I have already burnt 1,772 calories. How to get rid of this issue?
PS I wanted to share a screenshot of it but I don't how to attach an image from the gallery here.

@arshi It's great to see you in the Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Charge 2 showing a high calorie burn and active minutes. Check that there aren't any third party apps that may be logging activities or make sure you aren't logging activities that may add active minutes. This may also be an incorrect heart rate reading by your device. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
