I see my Charge 2 showing heart rate reading even when not wearing it. The reading varies too as if it is real time and I wearing it. Based on the solution suggest here : https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-2/My-charge-2-shows-heart-rate-when-I-m-not-wearing-it/m-p/29..., followed all the steps including the last step of restarting the Fitbit. After all this, I did a sync and the Fitbit started showing the heart rate again when not wearing it. Hope you could help me with this so that I can rely on the Fitbit readings/statistics.

@K.Rangasamy It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your tracker is recording hr even when not being worn. Thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persist then please let our Support team know so they can further assist you. You will get an email from them.
