My charge 2 keeps showing the heart rate even when is not on. Even when I check the app is still showing the heart rate that the watch is displaying. Tried turning off, synch and turning back on heart rate on setting and is not working. What can I do?

@Lauar18 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your tracker is showing heart rate when not being worn and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try restarting your device after this repeat the process you mentioned but select auto instead of on on the heart rate settings.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi. I tried that but now it seems like the tracker requires a long time to sense my heart rate. I have only had it for over a month as it was a Xmas present and started having problems with it a couple of weeks ago. When exercising it would stop tracking my heart rate so I could not know calories burnt. And then showing heart rate when is not on. It's definitely not doin what it ia supposed and is frustrating. What else can I do?

Hi issue persist and new ones keep showing up. Watch stops measuring my heart rate while working out (which was the main purpose to buy it), take a ages to synch up with my phone, not even sure when is measuring my heart rate is correct as when I put my other heart rate monitor (on my chest) the numbers are different and they used to match when i first got the watch. Can someone please tell me what can I do?
