Charge 2 showing same caller for all calls

Hi,

my Charge2 always showing same caller name while other contacts are calling. I checked all setting (phone, fitbit), also deleted and set again device, after setting againg it took first caller name on notification and stuck again. Do you know how to solve it? 😞

Let me help you with your Charge 2 showing the same name for all calls. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

• Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
• Restart your phone and restart your device. 
• Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
• You can find additional suggestions here.

Unfortunately it didn’t help. As before, it is catching first callers name, and showing to other that first callers name.

I am experiencing the same issue and followed these steps and now it is displaying the 1st number that called since the restart again. Please help fix this issue.

Yes this is something new.  Perhaps with the new app.  I've had my Charge 2 forever and am not experiencing this issue as well.

Hit post before I was done sorry.  The fix above is more based on not being able to get notifications at all.  Deleting ALL bluetooth connected devices on my phone is not realistic.  This is just an issue with phone calls showing same called all the time.  All other notification works.
