Charge 2 shows battery always at 100%

I've been using my fitbit for 4 days now and my charge is still at 100%.Is there something wrong with it?

problem solved. cleaned contacts and recharged. works fine now

@morreale1 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that the battery status isn't updating. This is odd, try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
