Charge 2 shows constant calendar notifications

Why can't there be a way to stop the constant notifications, especially with an all day event.  I have everything I can think of but it notifies me several times in a row even when I have selected "None". Who needs to be notified of a holiday?  I just want to have my appointments send a notification and I don't like the drive time but it still notifies me even when I select "None".  Started when iPhone updated, was all good before.

@Sandip61 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your calendar notifications. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for those suggestions but they don’t work. I have an iPhone 8Plus and tried those things several times. All the resetting did was lose part of my day of movement. Today I have been receiving notifications of Vereran’s Day several times in a row and about every hour.
