Charge 2 shows different calorie burn for walks

My charge 2 is suddenly giving me vastly different calorie burn amounts for the exact same exercises. Walk #1 it shows a calorie burn of 223. Walk #2 (exact same walk) and it shows a calorie burn of 458. I restarted my fitbit and  it didn't help.

Let me help with your caloric burn calculation and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Where these walks done on the same day? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? Where these walks tracked with your tracker or one was manually logged? How was your heart rate? Remember that this may affect your caloric burn calculation.
