My fitbit 2 shows a fast heart rate even when I am not wearing it...... Anyone else have this issue please?

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 2 records heart rate when you are not wearing it. Please be so kind to follow the instructions below:

 

-Turn Off the heart rate feature here and force sync.

-Turn it On and sync.

-Finally, set it Auto and force sync.

 

Perform a restart to your Tracker by following these steps.
