Hello!

 

my Charge 2 has recently started showing a very high heart rate (above 180 bpm) when I’m on the treadmill with my arms swinging naturally at a brisk walking pace. When I hold the treadmill handle walking at the same pace, it shows 125ish, which is more reasonable. I’ve reset my fitbit, but no change. 

 

Please help!

@Laryngitix Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 is showing a really high heart rate during your exercise. Follow these instructions to improve the heart rate reading and restart it again.
