In past one week, my heart rate is high at 60bpm when I wake up from sleep in the morning. Why? At 47 years, my normal heart rate on my Charge 2 for more than a year is BTW 55 & 58bpm. I exercise a lot every day, high intensity, and low intensity.

@Libhero Welcome! It's great to see you around!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 hr reading in the mornings. There are many factors that can affect your heart rate like an early morning coffee cup or stress at work or simply the daily routine you have. Still I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
