I've synched my Charge 2, but it is still showing the date from four days ago and the wrong time too. How can I update the date and time and steps?

Emily, the time is only set by a sync. Sounds like you really didn't complete a sync. Try a Restart and then sync again and make sure the sync is completing.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 showing the incorrect time. As @SunsetRunner said, this sounds as if your tracker isn't syncing since doing so should correct the time and date. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:
