Charge 2 shows incorrect time and date

I've synched my Charge 2, but it is still showing the date from four days ago and the wrong time too.  How can I update the date and time and steps?

Thanks...

Emily

Emily, the time is only set by a sync.  Sounds like you really didn't complete a sync. Try a Restart and then sync again and make sure the sync is completing.

@ekelt It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 showing the incorrect time. As @SunsetRunner said, this sounds as if your tracker isn't syncing since doing so should correct the time and date. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.
