Hi, I have a Charge 2 is saying hey on the screen. I try to restart and isn't doing nothing except vibrating for a second and say hey on the screen. The watch is connected to the app. Is still counting steps and my sleep. Is just doesn't show nothing in the screen except hey. What I do to get my time and everything else back. Thanks
