Charge 2 shows spikes in heart rate

My Fitbit frequently shows a spike in heart rate, about 177 bpm anywhere from just a couple mins to half hour. I’m not doing any exercise during these times it spikes. It’s happeneing every couple days. Anyone else have this issue?

I will assist you with your Charge 2 showing a high heart rate reading. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Restarted, cleaned with alcohol, worn like the instructions...
