Charge 2 skipped logging my workout and steps last 2 days

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Fitbit did not record my exercises or steps the last 2 days despite me turning on the tracker for weights, workouts, etc.

Now it keeps giving me a sync error. What do I do?

I worked my butt off today and now can't see what my heartrate was.

Help!

Have android phone.

Bluetooth is ON.

Lastest firmware installed.

I have tried rebooting phone. Doesn't fix.

Don't know how to update app - if that's what I need to do.

@betterandbadder It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 hasn't saved your activities for the last 2 days. It seems that your tracker isn't syncing and this is preventing it to save your data. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi, all permissions are/have been granted. After resetting the watch twice, I was able to sync, but some data was lost. Also, it no longer records my workouts under ACTIVE MINUTES. It does record workout, but does not add the minutes to active minutes.
