Hi my Fitbit will

 it show my hours sleep. The bars flash in and then disappear. I deleted and reloaded the app and shut down.  It did not make any difference.  Any help would be great. Thanks

@Fran12 It's great to see you in the Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your sleep data not showing on your account. This is odd. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? Try logging out from the app instead of uninstalling it, restart your phone and then log back in. Also try viewing the data on the website at fitbit.com on a computer (try Firefox or Chrome web browsers).
