Charge 2 sleep log inaccurate

The last couple of mornings when checking my Fitbit, it records me as having gone to sleep before I had even gotten into bed. I will be downstairs watching a movie - so relaxed and not moving - and then go upstairs, sync Fitbit before shutting my eyes in attempt to fall asleep. When I check in the morning, the sleep log would have started during the time I was watching a movie and then show an awake period when going upstairs.

I have also noticed that even when waking up naturally, the end of the sleep log shows me being in light sleep and not as awake (even if I stay in bed, move around a bit before going on and syncing)

I have had the sleep sensitivity set as normal

Charge 2 is less than a month old

@SDW86 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 sleep detection. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. The opposite might be true also as inactivity from watching TV or a movie may lead to sleep detection. You can try wearing your device on your dominant hand to increase the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.
