My charge 2 sleep time is off by an hour for the last two nights. I had to add an hour to the sleep start time.

Hey there @SunsetRunner, thanks for stopping by! Hmmmm... So your Charge 2 is tracking your sleep wrong, because is tracking your start time when you just go to bed but you are not actually lay down, right? Beside manually editing your sleep to get the accurate start time, I'd like to ask, what were you doing before laying down? Because perhaphs you were just sitting reading or something like that and not moving for a certain period of time and maybe your Charge 2 tracked that time as if you were already sleeping. Also, please make sure that you are wearing it correctly, neither too tight nor too loose.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

My sleep start time is exactly one hour later than it should be. This problem is intermittent. I do not read before I go to bed. The wake up time is always correct. It seems weird that it is exactly off by 1 hour. Please help me figure out why it does this.
