Just in the last week or so my charge 2 has started buzzing everytime I get a call on my cell phone. I never enabled the Fitbit app to do this because (the notification center of the app is NOT enabled) I don't want to be notified of every call (99.9% of which are scams sand telemarketers) and I don't want the app reading everything else that exists in my phone. Why is it doing this and how do I make it stop? This is annoying me beyond beleif to the point I'm ready to get rid of the Fitbit entirely because it's a very unwelcome intrusion in my life. Please help me end this madness.
P.s. I did confirm that the notification center is disabled like it should be and then my wrist started buzzing again from another call.
P.p.s .it only seems to be notified for calls not in my address book. I just tried calling my cell phone and was not notified on the Fitbit. Seems only the scammers and telemarketers are triggering it.

@Vtel A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your tracker is showing notifications when they aren't active. This is odd. Could you take a picture of what you see on your tracker? Or have you been able to read the text is shows for this notification? If you are using an Android device you could go to settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions and disable the ones you wish to deny access to.
Let me know how it goes!

Unfortunately I can't take a picture of it. If I manage to flip my wrist in time and have it turn on during the short time it's vibrating then I see a phone icon and a string of numbers going by but they go by so fast I can't tell what they are and I can't remember them to be able to find my phone and compare to anything. I tried going to the phone settings for the app (where you said) but all I can do there is turn off all notifications for the app to give my phone, clear the cache, stop the app or uninstall the app. You can't manage the in-app settings for the app affecting the Fitbit from the phone settings. If it helps my phone is the Motorola Droid Mini.
