Today at the end of day I had recordéd 20.560 steps, when I sank to my phone app it went back to 17.035, Why? This recently happens on average twice per week

@Cotita Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your steps decreased. Have you logged any activities on your account? Do you have any third party apps linked to your account? In these instances there can be logged activities that may negate the steps recorded by your tracker. Please check if this isn't the case.

Let me know how it goes!

Ok, I use Strava when walking or running but is working independently I do not have it sinked to the Fitbit and as I said, I used both of them every day but only recently Fitbit has started negating my steps, I have been using both Strava and Fitbit for a couple of years.
