Hi
My daily step count is +/- 10 000 and over. In the last 3 days my watch would reflect that it has reached this goal. When syncing my watch an app takes me back and records steps between 7000/8000.
I have restarted my watch but that does not seem to work.
Any ideas as to what may be causing this issue?

Let me help you with your decreasing step count. There was an issue affecting users the way you described but it was recently fixed by our team. Please check if the issue continues in the following days. Previous affected days won't change but the issue should not persist.
